Dive Girls

This website was created for the Media and Communication module Web Design Issues. The project was to take a site that was usually aim at a specific taget audience and change it to be appeling to the opposite of that. I designed a female oriertated scuba diving website as most scuba diving websites are aimed at men. The final site design can bee seen here. The information on this website was taken from numerous websites to add content to the site, so information may be out of date or wrong and are not my own personal views.

University of Wales, Aberystwyth

Through out the duration of my industrial year one of my main duties was to ensure that the university corporate website was up to date and all pages meet WAI level AA guidelines. I also made many updates to the CSS files. i also produced a number of PHP programmes for the website.

Centre for Widening Participation and Social Inclusion (CWPSI) and West & Mid Wales Widening Access Partnership

The initial breif for this website was to create one site for two departments within the Universtiy whos work is very close. They wanted an home page to be a encorporate the navigation systems of both sub websites.

I decided that the best design a site like this was to use to templates that are exactly the same apart from the colour schemes.

This site was the last job i was given during my industrial year. unfortunatly i did not get to finish the site off. my design templates can be seen here, Home Page, CWPSI template, West & Mid Wales Widening Access Partnership template.

University of Wales Aberystwyth - Internal Audit

This Website was a quick design job for the University to inform staff about the audit process the university was going though. The design is similar to that of the Universitys main website but with the colours of the Price Waterhouse Cooper website. www.aber.ac.uk/audit

Department of Mathematics Brouchure (Web Version)

Whilst i was working for the University of Wales, aberystwyth the university produced websites that were a HTMl version of the brouchure. This site was created to look similar to the brouchure produced by the design studio for the Department of Mathematics. unfortuanalty this site is no longer availible on the university website.

MDB2 Version 2

This was the second design for my Personal home page whilst i was at university it is a pretty simple website created using simple HTMl, a CSS and some simple Java Script to create the roll over image buttons. This website can be found here.
